Quinoa Quinoa Quinoa!!!
Quinoa has been pretty hot in the health food community for a while now, but for good reason. Quinoa is a supergrain, even though it's not a grain, it's actually a seed. Nutrients include all nine essential amino acids (proteins), fiber, and is high in trace minerals.
