Why is nutritional information so conflicting?

Why is it, when you go to one “health” website to the next they can give you two very different pieces of information on the same topic? You could be researching if milk is good for you and one website will tell you that milk is the devil and the next website could say it’s the most nutrient dense liquid in the world (it’s not by the way). Why is this?

Below is a TEDx talk that Dr. Campbell spoke at Cornell University. He explains the corruption that takes place in the science of nutrition which leads to other people, including doctors, getting inconsistent, and sometimes wrong, information.
